When booking a first coaching session for a under 18 as a parent you will be required to have an initial chat so that the reason for coaching is clear and mutual.

All sessions 50 mins

Adult and parent coaching £65
Initial session 60-90 mins after all sessions last 50 mins

What happens in a coaching session

When you book your child’s first coaching session, as a parent you will be required to have an initial conversation so that the reason for coaching is clear. During the initial session it is imperative for the child to feel positive and supported in the coaching environment.

It is important the child feels they can talk about whatever they want even if these issues do not match the issues that the parent has brought to the session.

I will help your child to set a goal and find realistic ways of achieve if it.
